Refund & Cancellation

Once payment is received, we reserve materials and artisan time for that project. Samples, bespoke pieces, custom sizes, buyer-labelled goods, embroidery job work and production made to an approved specification are not returnable for change of mind, seasonal performance or unsold stock.

Request a change or cancellation within 24 hours of order confirmation by email and WhatsApp. A request is not automatically accepted. If sourcing, pattern work, embroidery or production has started, actual committed costs and completed work are non-refundable. Any agreed balance will be confirmed in writing.

Changes after sample, swatch, artwork, measurement or production approval may affect price and timing. We will assess feasibility before accepting them. Differences caused by an inaccurate buyer-supplied measurement, specification, artwork, fabric or approval are not manufacturing defects.

We will compare the issue with the approved sample, measurement specification and normal characteristics of handwork. Handmade embroidery may show minor variation in bead position or artisan execution; a material deviation in function, measurement or approved appearance will be assessed separately.

Where Leelavastram confirms a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, the appropriate remedy may be repair, alteration, replacement, credit or refund for the affected goods, depending on severity, feasibility and applicable law. Do not return goods without written authorization and shipping instructions.

Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. For B2B orders, the accepted quotation and terms of service also apply.
