Terms of Service

Our services are primarily offered to boutiques, designers, retailers, wholesalers and fashion labels. Website content is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and receive the required cleared payment.

• Provide accurate designs, measurements, quantities, materials, destinations and deadlines.
• Confirm that supplied artwork, labels and references may lawfully be used.
• Review samples, photographs, swatches and documents promptly and give clear consolidated feedback.
• Comply with import, labelling, safety and consumer rules in the destination market.

Sampling is a development stage and may require paid revisions. Production begins only after the agreed approval and payment milestone. Approved references govern the order. Hand embroidery and artisan work may contain minor variation that does not materially change the approved design or function.

Quantities, tolerances, measurement points and acceptable substitutions should be recorded in the quotation or specification. If an approved component becomes unavailable, we will seek approval for a reasonable alternative.

Each party retains ownership of material it owned before the project. Ownership or exclusivity of newly developed designs, patterns, embroidery artwork and samples must be agreed in writing; payment for development alone does not automatically transfer every underlying right. The buyer grants us permission to use supplied materials solely to perform the order.

We do not publish confidential buyer work without permission. Public images on this site may not be copied for commercial use.

The Payment & Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Risk, title, freight responsibility and import terms follow the accepted quotation and applicable shipping term.

We are not liable for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, labour disruption, government action, transport interruption, customs delay, power failure or material shortage. We will communicate material impacts and seek a practical revised plan.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or reputational loss. Leelavastram’s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected goods or service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law or written dispute-resolution agreement. Contact info@leelavastram.com with questions before ordering.
